PAWTUCKET ROASTERY
Our Pawtucket roastery has been the heart of Borealis production since 2020. Tucked inside an industrial condo, this is where we roast every batch on our Loring roaster, cup coffees weekly for quality control, and fulfill mail-order and wholesale orders. It’s a working space, more functional than fancy, but if you stop by, you’ll get a true behind-the-scenes peek at where our coffees come to life, although we don’t offer roastery tours. You can grab a bag of beans to take home, but we don’t serve drinks here, for that, head to Riverside or Bristol.
