BRISTOL

BRISTOL

Our Bristol café opened in 2022 in Unity Park, a reimagined rubber mill where our space once served as the mill’s carpentry workshop. You’ll see nods to that history in the design details, like our pegboard menu wall, inspired by classic tool storage. Just two blocks from the end of the East Bay Bike Path, this café is perfect for a post-ride stop and offers a slightly different experience from Riverside: a full kitchen where our pastry team bakes for both cafés, an expanded menu, and The Aurora Bar, our craft cocktail bar featuring signature drinks like our espresso martini and a selection of bar bites. Bristol is also where we host live music, improv comedy, and community events, making it as much a gathering space as a café.

the AURORA bar

Located inside our Bristol location, the Aurora Bar grew out of our love for both coffee and cocktails, and the way they bring people together. We envisioned a European-style café where you could start the day with a cappuccino and come back in the evening for a cocktail with a friend. To learn the art of cocktail-making, we teamed up with Willa Van Nostrand of Little Bitte Artisanal Cocktails, then handed the reins to our own Courtney Staiano of Clover Desserts. With her deep knowledge of pairing flavors, she creates drinks with just the right balance, while the rest of us have fun giving them pun-filled names you’ll have to see for yourself. Every cocktail is seasonal, thoughtful, and made with the same care we put into our coffee.

From Mill to Cafe

Once the carpentry workshop of the National Rubber Company mill, our Bristol café keeps the building’s history alive.
