Dropping a new light roast from the Shoye Cooperative from Sidamo, Ethiopia! Coffees from Sidamo, or Sidama from the group of natives the area was named for, have the usual delicate notes we've come to love from our Ethiopian coffees but with a nice medium-to-full body that coats the mouth. Brewing it hot brings with it notes of peach, raspberry jam, and a tea like dryness. We feature this as a flash iced coffee where we find peach tea and hibiscus characteristics.
